Shipping
Everything is made to order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days, then shipping takes 2 to 5 business days in the Netherlands, 3 to 8 in the EU and 7 to 15 internationally.
€4.95 in the Netherlands, €12.95 within the EU and €19.95 for the rest of the world.
Yes. As soon as your order ships you receive an email with a tracking link.
Yes, to the UK, US, Canada, Australia and a number of other countries. You see at checkout whether we ship to your country. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local import duties.
Returns
Yes. You have 14 days after delivery to return any item that is unworn, unwashed and in original condition. See Shipping & Returns for the steps.
Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake. Then it is on us.
Return the item and place a new order for the right size. That is the fastest way to get the size you need.
Email us a photo and your order number within 14 days and we replace or refund it for free.
Sizing
Our hoodies, sweaters and tees are unisex and run true to size with a relaxed fit. If you like an oversized look, go one size up. Every product page has a size chart with exact measurements in cm.
The Washed Cap is one size, adjustable from 54 to 62 cm. The Embroidered Cap and Beanie are listed in S to XL, see the size chart on the product page for head circumference.
Lay a piece that fits you well flat on a table and measure the chest width from armpit to armpit. Compare that with the chest width in our size chart. For caps, measure around your head just above the ears.

iDEAL, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and Klarna.
Yes. Checkout runs through Shopify Payments with SSL encryption. We never see or store your card details.
Yes. Select Klarna at checkout to pay in 30 days or in instalments, subject to Klarna's approval.
Orders
Email us as soon as possible. If production has not started yet we can change or cancel it. Once it is in production we can no longer cancel, but you can still return it after delivery.
No dead stock, no warehouse full of sizes nobody wants, and a lot less waste. It takes a few days longer than a warehouse shipment. We think that trade-off is worth it.
